Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing automatedagencyos.tech or engaging Agency OS for engineering or AI automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

Agency OS provides custom software engineering, intelligent process automation, operational pipeline deployment, and continuous system maintenance under formalized commercial statement-of-work (SOW) agreements.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Upon receipt of full contract payment, bespoke software, workflows, and integrations built specifically for client organizations become the exclusive property of the client. Core Agency OS proprietary operating engine components remain the property of Agency OS.

4. Quality Gates & Warranty

All production deliveries undergo our automated 10-Gate Quality Assurance validation. Bespoke systems carry a standard 30-day operational warranty covering defect rectification and SLA adherence.

5. Limitation of Liability

Agency OS solutions are designed with human-in-the-loop safeguards for high-impact commercial operations. Clients retain responsibility for oversight of production business decisions executed by deployed software.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
